Our traditional organic farm supplies fresh, seasonal products for our kitchen. We have excellent beef and grow many types of vegetables on our mountain farm. We also offer many other home-made delicacies, including bacon from our own pigs, as well as marmalades, jams and natural juices made from elderflower, lemon balm and mint. To achieve perfect consistency, the bacon we produce from our pigs is aged over 12 months. As well as traditional bacon from the haunch, our cuts from the shoulder, loin and belly are also delicious.
Our gardens are home to a wide range of types of lettuce, herbs and vegetables - and guarantee healthy eating!
Elderflower, mint and untreated lemons make fantastically refreshing natural juices.
