Our room rate includes the "Klausen Card - alps & wine". This guest card gives you free access to all facilities, museums and public transport of the South Tyrolean Mobility Network. Terms of cancellation

Upon booking, a deposit of 30% is required.

Between 90 and 31 days before arrival, we charge a fee of 30% of the total booked amount.

For cancellations within 30 to 8 days before arrival, a fee of 70% of the total booked amount applies.

From 7 days before arrival, a fee of 90% of the total booked amount applies.

From 2 days before arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, a fee of 100% applies.
